  2. Managing Personal Finances: Provides insights into budgeting, financial planning, income management, expense control, and setting financial goals for a secure lifestyle.​
  3. Healthy Food and Balanced Diet: Offers practical tips on nutrition, meal planning, managing health conditions like diabetes, and maintaining a balanced diet affordably.​
  4. Maintaining Mental and Physical Vitality: Engages participants in activities that boost cognitive health and emotional well-being, including creative exercises and mindfulness practices.​
  5. Physical Activity and Exercise: Focuses on improving physical health through exercises tailored for seniors, enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance.​
